Ticket terms

01Purchase & provider
Tickets are sold exclusively through the official ticketing provider announced at on-sale. No payment is ever taken on isl.global itself.
02Refunds & resale
If the event is cancelled you receive a full refund of the ticket face value. Resale is permitted only through the official resale channel; tickets resold elsewhere may be voided.
03Entry conditions
Tickets admit one person per session. Venue entry conditions — bag policy, prohibited items, conduct — form part of these terms and are published on the venue page.
04Changes to the event
Line-ups, schedules and rosters are subject to change; changes to participating athletes do not entitle the holder to a refund.
