The International Swimming League ("ISL", "we") operates isl.global and associated event and ticketing services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
02What we collect
Email addresses you submit for announcements and ticket alerts; enquiry details you send through our forms; and, once ticketing opens, order information processed by our ticketing provider.
We do not run optional analytics or marketing cookies unless you switch them on in the cookie banner.
03How we use it
To send the announcements you asked for, respond to enquiries, operate events safely, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
04Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, and request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@isl.global (placeholder address).
05Retention & security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and protected with industry-standard technical and organisational measures.
