Ali has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, having worked with established international investment banks such as HSBC Bank, UBS and RBS. He has worked around the globe, in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Geneva and London, and across business lines and asset classes, such as equity-sales, corporate finance, private-equity and asset management.

Artem Nitz has 18 years of experience in strategy, business development, program management, finance, and general management in the industries of telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, and banking across various geographies, including Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Netherlands.
Andrea Di Nino has nearly 20 years of experience in creating unique concepts in the sport of swimming. Having worked as a Head Coach for almost 15 years in elite programs, he has lead athletes to Olympic medals, World Championship golds and WRs. Andrea has also created the longest-running and only world-wide prototype pro swim club (2005 – 2016). He specializes in creating and developing concepts, strategic international relations and event planning & scheduling.
Apostolos Tsagkarakis has 10 years of experience in organizing sport events [through strategic planning and execution] with his expertise in aquatics, where he has worked with different levels of athletes, varying from Olympic Champions to National athletes; and various types of events, from elite to mass participation events. Apostolos, aka “Tolis”, specializes in International Relations, Recruiting and general Event Operations, as well as Sports Marketing having worked as the Marketing Manager in one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of swimwear and swim-related accessories.

Former President of Ukrainian Swimming Federation 2013-2017, has over 22 years experience in sport facilities management, event management, sport teams management and business development in sport. Director of National Olympic and Paralympic training base in Dnipro, Ukraine. Dmytro holds a PhD in Sport Science.
Head of Commercial Operations
During the last 30 years Hubert dedicated his professional career to develop large business projects. For many years financial markets have been his prime commitment in different locations in Europe, Asia and North America. And later sports has become his main focus through athletes professional retraining, running a marketing agency to support athletes in their representation, communications and ambassador roles. Recently, Hubert decided to be fully dedicated with the International Swimming League as Head of Commercial Operations focusing on developing partnerships with corporate and institutional groups to support this new breakthrough sport league on a global level.
Daniel Hoffman is a former Senior Executive Clandestine Service Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency. His 30 years of distinguished government service at high-level positions not only within the CIA, but also with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. military, and U.S. Department of Commerce. During the tours of duty in the former Soviet Union, Europe, and war zones in both the Middle East and South Asia, Mr. Hoffman developed expertise on geopolitical and transnational issues related to South Asia, the Middle East and Russia, counter-terrorism, and cyber and counter-intelligence. Now, Mr. Hoffman remains highly regarded for his policy experience and his work with foreign officials in the regions where he served. He makes regular media appearances on FOX News, where he shares his expertise in regards to world’s political matters. Since March 2019, Daniel Hoffman is serving as a member of the US President’s Intelligence Advisory Board (PIAB).
